The Parking Team is the first smiling face people see when they arrive! They guide traffic, greet guests in the parking lot, and help those who may need extra assistance. In winter months, they help ensure sidewalks and entrances stay safe and clear.  Goal: Create a warm, safe, and smooth arrival experience for everyone.  

Our Safety and Security Team serves to create a safe and welcoming environment for all who attend The Well. They monitor facilities, assist in emergencies, and stay alert during services and events. Their quiet diligence ensures our people can worship and serve without distraction.  Requirements: Background check and safety training.  Goal: Protect and serve with awareness, calmness, and care.  

The Well Kids Team invests in the lives of children through Bible stories, worship, prayer, and hands-on activities. Team members make Sunday the best day of the week for every child by sharing the love of Jesus in fun and meaningful ways.  Requirements: Background check.  Goal: Create a safe, joyful environment where kids can learn about Jesus and grow in their faith.  

Our Tech Team helps make worship possible by running lights, sound, video, and other production elements that bring the message to life. Whether behind a soundboard or a camera, they help create distraction-free worship environments where people can encounter God.  Goal: Support the mission through excellence in production and technology.  

The Worship Team leads our church in passionate, Christ-centered worship through vocals and instruments. They help create an atmosphere where people can encounter God’s presence and respond with praise.  Requirements: Audition and onboarding/training process.  Goal: Lead people to worship Jesus with authenticity, skill, and humility.  

Small Group Leaders help create spaces for community, growth, and discipleship. They are trained to facilitate group discussions, build relationships, and help people take next steps in their faith journey.  Requirements: Background check and prior experience in a small group.  Goal: Help others grow spiritually and connect relationally in authentic community.  

The Campus Support Team works behind the scenes to make sure our facilities are clean, maintained, and ready for guests. Their faithful service helps every other ministry thrive.  Goal: Create an environment that reflects excellence, care, and readiness for all who enter.  

The Creative Team helps tell the story of what God is doing at The Well through media, design, photography, video, and social content. They may also assist in decorating or setting the atmosphere for events and gatherings. Goal: Use creativity and design to inspire, communicate, and invite people into the mission of The Well.
