Greg is the lead pastor of The Well. He and his wife Hailey moved from Miami, FL with their daughter to start The Well Church.
Greg grew up struggling with feelings of insecurity and inadequacy. Feeling like a failure and unwanted he battled depression and thoughts of suicide before discovering the incredible hope found in a relationship with Jesus. Now, he is a Bible teacher and church planter alongside Hailey who is a pediatric nurse.
Joe serves as the Ministries Pastor at The Well. In 2021, he and his wife Kari made the bold decision to leave their hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma to join the Smiths in planting The Well. At the time, life seemed to be settling perfectly—they had just purchased their dream home and were prepared to enjoy the rewards of years of dedication and hard work. But God began to stir something deeper in their hearts, calling them to step out in faith and pursue ministry in a new place.
Joe brings years of experience serving on church praise teams, playing a variety of instruments, working in various volunteer roles, while Kari has always had a passion for working with children and serving in kids’ ministry. Together, they are honored to be part of what God is building through The Well.
The Well is currently led by Greg and Hailey with the guidance and accountability of an outside Leadership Team as well as coaches from church planting organizations such as We Start Churches, Stadia, and North American Ministries. As The Well grows it will be led by a biblically qualified Leadership board.
